The last site forms the western side of the Hanko yacht harbour. The city plan is partially identical to Kuningatarniemi but the northernmost part has a very different plan with a much larger allowed building allotment.

Our plan is to continue with the villa area as far as the city plan allows and design a three-story miniature apartment building to the northern end of the site. This area is still in a preliminary planning stage.
